What is ISSAC Foundation?

ISSAC Foundation is ISSAC Charter School's PTO. We're a 501(c)(3) non-profit Private Foundation. The board is composed of members of ISSAC staff, parents, and families, who are elected by ISSAC parents and families.

This web page looks sketchy! What's going on here?

Usually one might use Google Forms to make this kind of survey page. But I'm uncomfortable with companies like Google collecting data for advertising purposes. So we made our own little program to collect survey responses instead. That program runs on a computer that only ISSAC Foundation has access to, with no Google involved.

Who sees the information that I put into this form?

In the short term, only the ISSAC Foundation board -- the elected officers of the PTO. During the course of the school year, it will probably be useful to put you in touch with other parents in the same classroom or who are volunteering with you. If you agree to it, we'll share contact info as necessary for that sort of thing. The info will never be shared outside of ISSAC, sold, or used for anything else.

Where is the parent directory, that was mentioned in the form?

We haven't created it yet! If nobody likes the idea, we won't. If everybody likes the idea, we'll announce it when it's ready to use.
